Just finished up with a bathroom remodel, what a beautiful job they did. They were A + with the work and so nice and considerate. I couldn’t be more pleased, I always felt comfortable asking questions and they answered every one of them. They took so much time getting it just right. I now have a beautiful and safe bathroom. They also removed an outside door and bricked it up, you can’t even tell there was a door there. That is amazing considering the house was built in the 60’s and you can’t find the brick anymore. It looks great, thank you Justin for the beautiful and very well done work. I love it !!!

I’m so glad to share our experience with Garner Construction. We had a dark cold basement for 33 years until we did a smart move and called Garner. Sarah visited and saw a vision that we never imagined. Then with Justin’s guidance, the talented team literally changed the space into a wonderful second home! They gave us a “vinyl nook” that has my turntable and records. A “refrigerator nook” that blew us away and a “television nook” that has enough room for a couch and loveseat. We also got a new laundry room and a storage room that has my “golf nook”. Lots of nooks! I want to give a special HUGE pat on the back and even a Big Hug to Justin. He’s very dedicated and determined to please. He even stayed late one night to fix a leak before the drywall was installed. He also hung our television for us too! To say we’re pleased is an understatement. They gave us 900 square feet more of amazing space. We have a future project and we will NOT call anyone else but Garner. Also Cole and Price gave us attention all the way through the project. If you want an honest, hardworking company, call Garner! We did!

My experience with Garner Construction was awesome! They did a sizeable extension of my patio cover. From conception to finished project it was very smooth process. The crew kept me advised along the process and they kept the site clean after they finished the day. As for the finished project I could not have been more pleased! It looked amazing. I would highly recommend them!!

We had a massive attic full of wasted space just sitting there collecting dust — and Garner Construction turned it into 450 sq ft of fully livable square footage. They built us a custom built-in library, an office/playroom, AND a half bath up there. Hands down the best money we’ve spent on this house.
The craftsmanship is top-tier. Clean finishes, smart use of every inch, and they handled all the tricky stuff (insulation, HVAC, plumbing for the bath, headroom, code) without us ever having to babysit the job. Communication was on point start to finish, they hit their timeline, and the final walkthrough exceeded what we pictured walking in.
Tell them the Guigou’s (Rett) sent you — you won’t regret the call. Wish Google let us give 10 stars.

I am so happy my wife and I chose Garner Construction to help us build our addition!
Their teams worked hard, were courteous, and very professional. Any time there was an issue their teams made sure I had multiple numbers I could call to get things changed, fixed, or moving again.
They were very knowledgeable about everything and were eager to teach me the parts of the building process I didn’t understand. The entire company is owned/ran by a wonderful man named Adam Garner. A truly Honest, Respectable, and hard working person. He was there day one of breaking ground, working harder than all of his employees. He introduced himself and made sure, every step of the way, that everything was going how my wife and I had envisioned for our home.
With all of the uncertainty out in the world about who you can trust with your home, my wife and I felt so lucky to have chosen Adam Garner, & Garner Construction as our Contractors! Truly a wonderful experience!

We contracted Garner Construction to construct a screened in area on our already existing patio. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project. Garner Construction was very easy to work with, Adam was dependable and he communicated with us throughout the duration of the build. We appreciated the fact that he was prompt and consistent. The project had a unique design due to the fact it was connecting our house and detached garage, we are pleased with the design and functionality of the patio. We would use Garner Construction again, and would recommend them to others.

We had Garner construction redo our bathroom. We did this because my wife has health issues that prevented her from using the previous shower. She was not able to access the shower. After the crew from Garner completed the job, the shower is now accessible and very functional. The finished project looks great!! They went above and beyond expectations!! I don’t have enough great things to say! The members of the construction crew were very respectful of our situation and we hardly knew they were here. I without a doubt would recommend Garner Construction.
