First, reach out to us to discuss your project needs.

We'll provide an initial consultation to determine if we're the right fit for your project.

Step 3

Schedule a free consultation with a designated team member who will actually show up!

Step 4

Within 2 weeks, we'll provide an initial pricing estimate based on your consultation.

Step 5

Work through adjustments and revisions as needed.

Step 6

Sign a contract and provide a reasonable financial down payment.

Step 7

Meet with your designated Project Manager to kick off the project.

Step 8

Receive a detailed Client Guide with project specifics and start date expectations.

Step 9

During the Pre-Kickoff phase, we'll handle the design and permitting phases as needed.

Step 10

Once the project kicks off, we'll create a personalized online client portal for easy communication and documentation access.

Step 11

Throughout the project, we'll provide quality checks, milestone billing, and an online portal to keep you in the know.

Step 12

Once the project is complete, we'll conduct a final walkthrough and quality check, clean up the site, and provide continued access to the online portal for warranty requests and future materials reference.
