We contracted Garner Construction to construct a screened in area on our already existing patio. We are very pleased with the outcome of this project. Garner Construction was very easy to work with, Adam was dependable and he communicated with us throughout the duration of the build. We appreciated the fact that he was prompt and consistent. The project had a unique design due to the fact it was connecting our house and detached garage, we are pleased with the design and functionality of the patio. We would use Garner Construction again, and would recommend them to others.

We had Garner construction redo our bathroom. We did this because my wife has health issues that prevented her from using the previous shower. She was not able to access the shower. After the crew from Garner completed the job, the shower is now accessible and very functional. The finished project looks great!! They went above and beyond expectations!! I don’t have enough great things to say! The members of the construction crew were very respectful of our situation and we hardly knew they were here. I without a doubt would recommend Garner Construction.

I highly recommend Garner Construction! They recently completed a beautiful outdoor kitchen addition, along with a butler’s pantry at our home. The entire process was a pleasure, and the finished product is beyond what we envisioned!
Our project included extending our existing roofline, matching existing exterior brick & mortar, matching interior hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and extensive crown molding. The Garner Construction team worked tirelessly to make sure the construction materials matched our existing finishes.
The project manager, Isaac, along with his team, were all outstanding! He was in constant communication with us through the entire process. He took highly detailed notes, managed the budget and changed orders, kept us informed of any issues, and kept our project on schedule.

We originally planned for Garner to build a brand new covered screened deck for our new hot tub as well as extend our driveway and add a stamped concrete patio. During the scope of our project we decided to also have all of our siding and gutters replaced. They didn't blink an eye and went straight to work. Our project manager Jared (and Adam himself) took on some of the finishing work due to delays with staffing and subcontracting. We are 100% satisfied with our new outdoor space and recommend them to anyone looking to make any upgrades to your home! We will not hesitate to call on them for any future projects!

We’ve had Adam Garner’s team complete three projects for us over the last few years, and they never disappoint! Pictures of our cabin and garage are already on the website.
The latest project led by project manager Jared Byrum was no exception. Jared took my ideas and designed a beautiful deck for our above ground pool. When a sub-contractor failed to meet timelines, he came out personally over Memorial Day weekend (100 degrees with the heat index) to keep the project moving. The framers he brought on to complete the job did outstanding work and finished within the timelines promised. We will have the Garner team do work for us again in the near future!
